Chando is currently living in New York City. Chando was a student at Manhattan College before becoming an actor. Chando played the character of Maddie Coleman in the TV soap show As The World Changes between 2005 and 2007 and for a couple of months from late 2009 onwards her character was reprised. Alexandra first made her debut acting in 2002, as she was cast as Jenna Harper on the TV series House Blend. As the World Turns was the American soap opera on television that CBS had for three seasons. Maddie Coleman played the role. Later in 2009 Chando appeared in American documentary television series True life and further appeared in the TV series, Sherri. The actress was featured in two episodes Glory Daze (an American comedy-drama series) as Annabelle. She also has credits on Castle, Hindsight Dead People and Outcast.
