Miranda-Hart

Miranda Hart is a British actress and comic. Best known for her performance in the self-titled semi-autobiographical sitcom Miranda which she is also credited with writing she is truly a class apart in the English comedy scenario which is predominantly male-oriented. A clean and family-oriented show which was adored by generations of viewers, Miranda was described as a traditional sitcom. Additionally, the show earned many awards and accolades. Hart was born into an aristocratic family. Her family includes barons, marquesses, earls and dukes. Hart, however, does not consider herself to be upper class and has no pretenses. Growing up in Hampshire she made the decision at the age of 17 to go after a career in the performing arts. She enrolled in an education in Acting at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts. Confident and talented she embarked on a path to comedy although it would take only a couple of years before she became famous.
